You can find us at Grihashobha, number 44 in the S.B.I. Colony over in Gopal Nagar. Being based in Nagpur means we are right in the middle of a lot of growth. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a regular place where we sit down to figure out our next steps. We deal with local housing and space projects, so there is always a stack of blueprints or permits on the desk. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask what’s new or to check on a progress report. We try to keep things simple and don’t see the point in making things sound more important than they are. It’s a small group of us here, and we handle the phone calls, the site visits, and the endless filing ourselves. Gopal Nagar is a good place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the area pretty well. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times we’re all rushing to meet a city council deadline. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work we know how to do and try to stay organized. It’s a plain and simple approach to the building business. If the door is open, someone is usually there to talk about whatever project is currently on the table. We just take things one day at a time here.
