Our office for Mitnext Software And Services Private Limited is located in Nagpur. We are at Plot Number 665 in the New Nandanvan Layout. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time inside with the fans going. Nandanvan is a decent part of the city to be in. It’s mostly residential but has some businesses popping up. Our place is quite simple. We have our computers set up and enough space for everyone to sit comfortably. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. We just handle software and services. Most of our day is spent writing code or talking to clients on the phone. We try to keep things grounded. There’s no point in acting like we are some giant international corporation when we are just a local team in Nagpur. We value doing a good job and being honest with the people we work for. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic when we have a lot of deadlines, but we always manage to pull through. We like the local food around Nandanvan for our afternoon breaks. It’s a good place to work and we’ve built a nice little community here over the months. No frills, just hard work. We usually share a few jokes while we work to keep the mood light and easy.
