We’ve been over at the Mangalam building in Khare Town for a while now. It’s a busy part of Dharampeth. Our team sits here every day working on software bits and pieces. Some days it’s quiet, other days there is a lot of noise from the street outside. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People ask what Micropro Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. actually does, and usually, we just say we build stuff for computers. It’s not fancy. There’s a tea stall around the corner where most of us end up at some point during the afternoon. The office isn't huge but it fits us all. We have some old desks and some newer ones. Everyone knows each other's names. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just deal with it. It’s mostly about getting the code right or figuring out why a certain program isn't running like it should. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to make sure our clients get what they asked for. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we try to get out on time to beat the traffic in Dharampeth. It’s a decent place to work, honestly. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door with our name on it and a bunch of people inside typing away. It’s been this way for years and we don’t see much reason to change it. We just keep doing what we know how to do.
