Shrinath Drug Agency is on the first floor of Diwan Plaza, right at Lokmat Square. This is one of the busiest spots in Ramdaspeth. If you look out the window, you can see the traffic circling the square all day. Being on the first floor is a good middle ground. We don't have to climb too many stairs, but we’re still away from the direct dust of the street. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some steel cupboards for the records, and a lot of boxes stacked against the walls. We handle a lot of wholesale stuff, so there’s always someone coming in to pick up an order. Ramdaspeth is a good area for this kind of business. We’ve got a routine that works for us. We start early, get the accounts sorted, and then spend the rest of the day dealing with the deliveries. The building itself, Diwan Plaza, has seen better days, but it’s a known landmark. We don't do any big advertising or anything. People just know we’re here at Lokmat Square. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to sit there with the windows open until it comes back. It’s just part of the deal of working in an older building. We do our work, make sure the pharmacies get their supplies, and then head home once the sun goes down. It’s a straightforward way to make a living without any complications or fancy talk.
