Mauli Ventures And Builders Llp is located in Gajanan Nagar, right inside the Samaj Bhushansahakari Gruh Nirman Santha area. We have our office on the second floor of Plot No.105, which most people know as Royal House. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to handle the building side of things without too much noise from the main road. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to stay local. There are a few of us here every day, usually with the windows open if the weather is okay. We deal with a lot of different projects, but we try to keep it simple. There’s no big reception area or anything like that, just a couple of rooms where we work through the details. Getting up to the second floor keeps us active, I guess. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first set up shop here. We see the same faces every morning when we arrive. It’s a decent place to work from. We spend our time checking through drawings and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It’s not always easy, and some days are longer than others, but we like the work. We aren’t trying to be the biggest outfit around, just trying to do right by the projects we take on. It’s a lot of practical stuff, day in and day out, making sure things actually get built.
