We are over at Sai Leela Apartment in Pakash Nagar, right off the Manewada Ring road. It’s a regular residential-style building at No. 4 where we’ve set up our workspace for the equipment business. It’s not your typical industrial warehouse look, but it suits us just fine for the administrative side of things. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and looking at equipment specs on our computers. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main city center, which is a nice change of pace. Most of our day is spent coordinating deliveries or checking on inventory levels for the different machines we handle. We’ve got a small crew here, and we all know each other well. There’s always someone stopping by to ask about a specific part or a piece of machinery. We don’t have a massive showroom or anything like that. Instead, we just keep things running from this apartment office. It’s a bit tight when we get a lot of files in, but we manage. The ring road makes it easy for us to get out to the different sites where our equipment is being used. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra overhead of a big commercial building. We just do our bit and keep the equipment moving where it needs to go. It is just everyday business for us here at Marty India Equipments.
