Mardikar Anil

I’m Mardikar Anil, and my office is located at 11 Laxmi Vaibhav Complex. You’ll find us right near Laxmi Nagar Square in the Bajaj Nagar area of Nagpur. This is a pretty nice part of town, with a lot of students and professionals moving around. The complex is easy to spot once you get to the square. My workspace is just a small room inside. I’ve kept it simple over the years. There’s a desk for me and some seating for whoever drops by. I don’t believe in having a lot of clutter, though the paperwork does tend to pile up sometimes on the side tables. Being in Bajaj Nagar is good because it’s a central location for many of my clients. I’ve been working from this spot for quite a long time now. The building has seen better days, but it’s a solid place to work. I usually start my day early and stay until the evening. There isn’t any corporate polish here. It’s just a regular office where real work gets done. I handle things myself mostly, or with a little help from others. People know where to find me if they need something. The square is always busy, so there’s always life right outside the door. I like the energy of this neighborhood. It’s not too loud, but it’s definitely not sleepy either. It’s just a practical place for a local business like mine to exist and keep going every single day.
