Mahesh Saloon

Mahesh Saloon is situated in Ramdas Peth, Nagpur. We are on Central Bazar Road. A good landmark to find us is that we are right next to Hotel Tuli Imperial. The 440010 area is a busy part of Nagpur. Being on Central Bazar Road means there is a lot of movement outside our door. The saloon is a straightforward place for men. We have the standard barber chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We keep the towels clean and the razors sharp. It is the kind of place where you don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait your turn. The noise from the hotel next door and the traffic on the road is always there in the background. We have a few mirrors and some basic shelves for our powders and creams. It’s not a fancy air-conditioned lounge, just a regular shop where people get their hair cut or their beards trimmed. I’ve been working here for a long time. You see all sorts of people coming through, from businessmen staying at the hotel to locals who live just around the corner in Ramdas Peth. We don't do anything complicated. It’s just about doing a decent job so people can go about their business looking a bit sharper. The shop is small, but it serves its purpose. We keep the floor swept and the scissors oiled.
