Our office for Mahadev City India Private Limited is situated on C.A. Road in Nagpur. It's near the HDF spot and right by the Chhapru Nagar area. We share some space near the Honey Arjun Kaushalya office, which is a pretty recognizable landmark for folks living around here. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we spent a lot of time making sure the office stays cool enough to work in. We have been operating out of this 440008 zip code area for a while now. It is a busy part of town with a lot of commercial activity happening right outside our doors. The office itself is pretty straightforward, with just enough room for the staff and some files. We don't go in for anything flashy. Most days involve looking over maps and talking to people about the different plots and developments. People from all over the city stop by because C.A. Road is such a central hub for transportation. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything to keep things moving. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that’s just how it is in this part of Nagpur. We usually start early to beat the heat and stay until the work is finished. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we handle the reality of local land and city projects without any fuss.
