Our office is located at 32, Amar-Sanjay Society, in the Mengare Layout area of Manish Nagar. It’s right off Wardha Road in Nagpur. Being in a residential society makes the whole work day feel a bit different than being in a city center. It’s quieter, for one thing. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit. The office itself is just a regular room where we’ve set up our computers and servers. It can get pretty hot in Nagpur, as everyone knows, so we rely on the fans and the cooler quite a bit during the summer months. The layout of the place is a bit odd, with some of the desks tucked into corners, but we make it work. We have a small area in the back where we keep some snacks and a water filter. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings or presentations. Usually, it's just us sitting around talking about what needs to be fixed or updated. The society gate is usually open, so people can come and go pretty easily. It’s a simple, honest way to run things without all the corporate fluff you see in the big cities. We have a shelf full of old technical books that nobody really looks at anymore, but they look nice. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our calls, but we just laugh it off and keep working on the code.
