Lightyear Technova Private Limited has its office at 52 Indira Nagar in Nagpur, Maharashtra. We are located right behind the TB Ward, so it is easy to find if you are familiar with the area. Indira Nagar is a regular residential neighborhood, and our building fits right in with the others on the street. It’s a humble place to work. We don't have a big glass front or a reception area. It’s just a few rooms where we’ve set up our computers and workstations. We started this because we wanted to see if we could make a go of it on our own. 440003 is the pin code for our part of Nagpur. It is usually pretty quiet around here, which is good when we need to focus on complex technical problems. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no fancy coffee machine, just a simple stove to make tea. We don't follow any corporate rules or have complicated mission statements. We just try to finish our work on time and keep things organized. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but usually, we have a normal schedule. The office is a bit cluttered with wires and old computer parts, but we like it that way. It feels like a real workshop. We’re just local people doing our best with the skills we have in this city.
