Lighthouse Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 14/4 in the IT Park at Parsodi. Being in an IT park means there are a lot of people doing similar things in the buildings around us, but we just focus on our own corner and our own clients. The office is pretty standard—gray cubicles, a small break area, and plenty of monitors. We deal with info systems, which basically means a lot of data entry, management, and making sure things stay organized. It’s not always the most exciting work in the world, but it’s important, and we take it seriously in our own quiet way. We aren't the type to have long meetings about nothing. Usually, we just catch each other in the hallway to solve a problem or talk about a bug. The Parsodi area has grown quite a bit over the years, and it’s nice to be part of that growth. Sometimes the commute is a real drag, especially when the weather is bad, but once we’re in the office, it’s just us and the work. We’ve had some long nights when a project is due, ordering in food and just pushing through until it’s finished. There’s no magic to what we do, just persistence and looking at screens. We don't put on airs here. We’re just a bunch of people who are good with systems and happen to work in this building. It’s a straightforward life and we’re glad to be doing it.
