Lighthouse Info Synergy Private Limited is based in the IT Park at MIDC Parsodi in Nagpur, Maharashtra. We are located on Plots 14/4 and 17/4. This area is specifically set up for companies like ours, so there are many other businesses nearby. Even though it is an IT park, it doesn't feel overly corporate to us. Our office is tucked away behind the VRCE Telephone Exchange, which is a big landmark in the area. We have a fair amount of space across our two plots. It’s a functional office with desks, computers, and a small area for storing our files and equipment. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or designer furniture. We’d rather keep things practical. The team here is small, and we all know each other well. We don't have formal dress codes or long, boring meetings. Most of our communication happens while we are working or during our lunch breaks. Nagpur can get very hot, so we are thankful for the fans and cooling we have in the office. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the IT park grow. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who know us. We just show up every morning, do the technical tasks required, and go home. It’s a steady and straightforward way to run a tech company in the 440022 area.
