Libdex Construction Private Limited is situated in the Bramni district of Nagpur. Our office is set up with Shri R. N. Chunnarkar, and it’s a fairly simple place to find if you know the area. Nagpur is known for being the center of everything, but out here in Bramni, it feels a bit more local and grounded. We started this company to handle construction projects that come up around the district. We don’t have a lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around a table with some tea, figuring out where the next load of bricks is coming from. The weather in Nagpur can be pretty extreme, so we spend a lot of time planning around the heat. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We deal with local workers and suppliers who have been around for years. We don’t try to sound like a multi-national firm because we aren’t. We’re just a construction team that knows the soil and the local rules around here. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need something built or fixed. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to make sure each project gets finished without too much trouble. It is just a regular business doing what needs to be done.
