We are located in Nagpur, over in the Ayodhya Nagar area at 3A, Sainath Layout. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood, which is good for the kind of work we do at Lehonn Technology Private Limited. Our space is simple and functional. We’ve got the usual office stuff—laptops, some desks we put together ourselves, and a lot of power strips. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a movie. It’s just a real office where real work happens. We spend most of our time here trying to solve problems and finish projects on time. Sometimes the weather in Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the cooling is working. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team of people who know each other well. We don't have a lot of rules about what to wear or when to take breaks, as long as the work gets done. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we take the tasks seriously. Most days are pretty much the same—coffee, emails, and coding or whatever else is on the list. We’ve been at this layout for a while now and the locals know us. It’s a good, steady place to be. We just keep doing what we do, one day at a time, without making a big fuss about it. There’s always something new to learn and we just try to keep up with it all as we go.
