Laxminarayan Institute Of Technology

Our place is right on Amravati Road, just across from Bharat Nagar in Nagpur. It’s an old institution and the main building has a very distinct look with those orange-colored bricks and high ceilings. When you walk in, you can smell the chemicals from the labs, which is something we’ve all just gotten used to over the years. The campus has plenty of trees, so there’s usually some shade when you’re walking between the different departments. It’s a long walk from the gate to the back of the campus. We have these old wooden benches in the classrooms that have been there forever. The staff here are a mix of older professors who have seen everything and younger folks just starting out. We don’t have much in the way of modern décor, but the equipment in the labs is what really matters to us. The road outside is always busy with trucks and buses headed towards Amravati, so there’s a constant hum of traffic. Students usually hang out near the gate or at the small stalls nearby. It’s a very straightforward place. We focus on our subjects and keep the tradition going without making a big fuss about it. It’s a landmark in this city, and we take pride in just being part of the daily grind here. We like it that way.
