Landfields Developers Private Limited is based at 01, Guru Kripa Palace, over in the Orchard-C-Nitscolony area on Satai Road. We’ve been around this part of town for quite a while now. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done. We deal with land and development, which sounds more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just look at plots of land and figure out what can be built there. Satai Road is always buzzing with people and cars, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We have a small team here and we mostly keep to ourselves. We aren't really into big meetings or corporate presentations. We’d much rather be out on a site with our boots on. Sometimes the work is slow because of all the paperwork we have to deal with, but we just keep at it. We know the Nitscolony area really well because we’ve seen it grow so much lately. We feel like we are a small part of that growth. We don't have any big slogans or promises. We just try to be straightforward with everyone we meet. If you come by Guru Kripa Palace, you’ll probably find us drinking some tea and looking over some old land maps. That’s just how a typical day goes for us.
