Our office for Lambent Technologies Pvt Ltd is in the Narkesri Flats, specifically N-3 B-2, which is near the R.P.T.S. Road in Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a technology company since it’s in a flat, but it works for us. It feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our computers set up where the living room and bedrooms used to be. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind much. It makes it easy to talk to each other without having to walk down long hallways or call someone on the phone. Laxmi Nagar is a nice area, fairly central, so it’s easy for most of us to get to by bus or scooter. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though Nagpur can get really hot in the summer. We’ve been here for a bit now, working on various tech projects for different people. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist sitting at a desk. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just gets up from our chair to see who it is. We’re just a small group of people doing our thing in a flat. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps our costs down. We like the neighborhood vibe and the fact that we can just walk out and find a snack or a tea stall nearby when we need a break.
