We are over at Plot Number 17 in Tilak Nagar. It’s a well-known area in Nagpur, and our office is right there. We work on homes and infrastructure, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how people live and move around. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you’re out in the Nagpur heat checking on a foundation or a road. Our office is a simple place where we keep all our plans and talk to our clients. We don't go in for all that corporate talk. We'd rather just show you what we're working on. The team is local, and we’ve lived in Maharashtra most of our lives. Tilak Nagar is a comfortable spot for us to be based. We aren't a huge corporation with offices everywhere. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. Some days are slow and others are a total mess, but we keep going. It’s about building something that lasts. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and we're there working at our desks. We prefer it that way. It keeps things honest. Just a bunch of regular people trying to build decent houses and roads for the city. Sometimes we sit outside and have a break when the sun goes down. It’s a decent life and we like the work we do here.
