KP DEVELOPERS LLP is a local outfit based in Nagpur, right over at 464 A in Hanuman Nagar. We’ve been operating out of this area for a while now. Nagpur is our home, and we know the streets and the people here pretty well. We aren't some big firm from out of town; we live where we work. Our focus is on developing properties and building things that people actually need. The office is a simple place where we keep our maps and our permits. It’s usually pretty quiet until the phone starts ringing or one of the guys comes in with a problem from a site. We don't have a mission statement or a bunch of slogans pinned to the wall. We just have a list of things that need to get done by the end of the week. Construction can be a messy business, and there are always surprises when you start digging or tearing things down. We just take it as it comes. We aren't interested in being the biggest company, just a reliable one. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we did on the next block over. We keep our prices as fair as we can and try to treat people right. It’s a lot of hard work and long days, but that is what we signed up for when we started this business. We are just regular people building things for other regular people.
