KESTROC CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Kestroc Construction (OPC) Private Limited is based out of a first-floor flat, specifically A-1. We are located at Plot Number 14 A in Muuza Somalwada, Nagpur. Even though some of our registration papers mention Bhandara, this flat in Nagpur is where we do the daily work. It is a simple office in a residential area, which suits our needs just fine. We do not need a high-rise building to handle our construction projects. Mostly we are out in the field at different sites, but this flat is where we keep the records and handle all the government filings. Nagpur is a big hub for us, and being in Somalwada keeps us close to where the action is. It is a one-person company setup, so everything is very hands-on. I spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over site photos on my computer. It is not a glamorous job, and the office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and material samples lying around. We do not go for the corporate look at all. Kestroc Construction is just about getting the work done without much fuss. Sometimes the commute between different sites in Maharashtra is quite long, but it is just part of the deal. I have been working from this Somalwada address for a while now. It is a practical place to run a business. We do not have any fancy goals other than finishing our current projects.
