Karan Mobile & Gifts is tucked away on Dr Ambedkar Road. If you know Kamal Chowk, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic coming through. We are situated behind the Panchpawli Flyover in the Balabhaupeth area. It is a bit of a noisy spot because of the cars and bikes, but it is easy to find if you are heading that way. We spend most of our time dealing with mobile phones and looking through gift items. People come in when their screens are cracked or if they need a new charger. We also have a lot of different things that work well for gifts when you don't want to spend too much but need something nice for a friend. The shop isn't huge, but we make use of the space we have. There is always something to do, whether it is arranging the new stock or talking to a neighbor who stopped in. Being behind the flyover means we see a lot of people passing by on their way to work. We have been here for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, help out the people who come in, and handle the daily tasks. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons but the shop stays decent enough. We just try to provide what people are looking for when they have phone trouble or a birthday coming up.
