Shree Laxmi General Stores And Gift Center

We opened Shree Laxmi General Stores And Gift Center here in Dighori because it felt like a good spot for a shop. Being on Kharbi Rd, right near Lanjewar School, keeps us quite busy when the kids are coming and going. The building is Kolhe Bhawan, which most people around Chaitaneshwar Nagar know. It is not a very fancy place. We just have shelves full of the usual general items people need every day. Then we have the gift section for when there is a birthday or a party in the neighborhood. Usually, someone is here early to open up and get things ready before the morning rush starts. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the road but we try to keep things tidy for the customers. Most folks who live nearby just walk over when they run out of milk or need a quick card for a wedding. We know a lot of the faces around here by now. It is just a regular local shop where you can find basic stuff without having to go all the way into the city center. We don't do anything too complicated here. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions since we are right on the main stretch. It is a simple life running a store in this part of town. We keep the doors open through the day and close up once it gets dark and the street quietens down.
