Kandei Soft Private Limited

Started out here in Sankalp Nagar, Nagpur, specifically at Plot No 117. It's a quiet enough area to get some software work done without too much noise from the main roads. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting at our desks, trying to figure out some code or working through lists of things that need fixing. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where the work happens. Nagpur can get pretty hot in the summer, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we look at our screens. People sometimes ask what we do here at Kandei Soft, and we just tell them it's mostly computer stuff and data things. It is a local operation through and through. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea nearby. Being in Maharashtra, there’s a certain way things move, and we’re just part of that rhythm. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we're there working. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we spend too long on a single problem, but that is just how it goes when you’re running a small private limited setup like this. We like it here because it feels like home, even when the workload gets a bit heavy. It’s just a honest place where we try to keep things moving one day at a time.
