Kalpavriksh Bilts Infracity operates out of Nagpur. Specifically, we are over in the Khamla area at Pandey Layout. The address is 3836/C in Block 1. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so our office is usually a place where we try to stay cool and get the construction and infrastructure planning done. We aren’t a giant firm with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team that knows each other well. We deal with building things and looking at how the city is growing. There are a lot of files and maps around the office. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on how a project is moving along in another part of the city. We don’t really go for any of that corporate talk you see in big cities. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Khamla is a good place to be based because it feels like the real heart of the town. People know where we are. We might not have the newest furniture or the fastest computers, but we know how to put a building together. Every day brings a new set of problems to solve, and we just take them one at a time. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but it’s what we do. We are just local people trying to build something decent in our own city, and we keep things as practical as possible.
