KAD SQUARE INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

Kad Square Infra Private Limited is located on Besa Main Road in Nagpur. We have a shop, F-31, in the A wing of Jayanti Nagari-IV. It’s a fairly new part of town that’s been growing quite a bit lately. Being in a shop-front like this means we see a lot of people passing by. We do infrastructure work, mostly focused on the local area. The office is pretty simple. We’ve got some chairs for visitors and a couple of desks for us to work at. It gets dusty because of all the new construction happening around Besa, but we don’t mind. We are part of that growth, I guess. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on site progress. We don't use big corporate words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just local guys who know how to manage a construction site. Nagpur is a big place, but in this neighborhood, things feel a bit more connected. We try to keep things simple. If a job needs doing, we find the people and the tools to do it. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run into delays with the rain or the heat, but we keep pushing through. We’ve been at this for a while and we just like seeing a project come together from start to finish.
