Our office is in the Sai Residency Apartment over in the Bhamti area of Nagpur. It’s flat 401 on plot number 288. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a commercial district. We like it that way because we can actually hear ourselves think. We’ve been operating JS Ram Construction for a few years now. Nagpur is growing fast, and there’s always a need for someone to help with building projects. We handle the paperwork and the planning from here in Bhamti. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even though we are a private limited company. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a fancy lobby. Usually, there’s just a couple of us sitting around a table with a bunch of drawings and a calculator. We do a lot of work in the surrounding colonies like G.N.S.S. and Loksewa. It’s good to work in places where you know the streets and the people. Construction can be a messy business, but we try to keep things as organized as we can from our end. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we’re still here and still working. We just focus on getting the projects finished so people can move into their new spaces. It’s simple, really. No need to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here getting the jobs done.
