Jiansh Construction (Opc) Private Limited

We are based out of a house in Godhani, right near the railway area in Nagpur. House number 1908 is where we do most of our organizing for the construction jobs we take on. It’s a local operation, and being in Nagpur means we understand how things work around here. We aren't some huge corporation with glass walls; we just have a regular space where we keep our tools and paperwork. My family and a couple of helpers run the daily stuff. It gets dusty sometimes when we're moving gear around, but that’s construction for you. We’ve lived and worked in Maharashtra for a long time, so we’re used to the weather and the local way of doing business. Most of our days are spent on-site, but this house is the home base. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us checking schedules or talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. We started Jiansh Construction to have something of our own. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track, but we manage. We just try to do the work right and not make a big fuss about it. Being near the railway helps with getting materials sometimes. It’s a practical location for what we do every day. We aren't looking to be the biggest company, just to keep busy with local builds.
