We are Ishaanvi Infra Associates Limited Liability Partnership, and you can find us at Flat No B4/22 in the Forest Department area of Seminary Hill in Nagpur. It’s a pretty unique spot to have an office, being near the forest area like that. It’s a bit quieter than the main city parts, which we actually appreciate when we’re trying to focus. Our office is basically a flat, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment at all. It’s got a more personal touch. We have our files and our computers all set up in the different rooms. Sometimes it feels more like a home than a business, but that’s just how we like to work. Seminary Hill is a nice part of Nagpur, and being at B4/22 means we get a bit of that fresh air now and then. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. We just go about our business day by day. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through the various requirements of our infra projects. It’s a small operation, and we don’t try to pretend otherwise. We just do the work that needs doing and keep things moving. If you’re ever around the Forest Department quarters, you’re in our neighborhood. It’s a straightforward place for a straightforward team. We just show up every morning and get to it without making any fuss about it. We just focus on what's right in front of us.
