We are located at Plot No. 145 in Bhagwan Nagar, over in Nagpur. The area is Nalanda Nagar, pin code 440027. Inteldash Softwares is basically just a group of us working out of this space. It’s a simple building. We have the usual office stuff like printers that occasionally jam and a bunch of tangled power strips. Nagpur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we have the AC running pretty much all the time. It’s not the biggest office you’ll ever see. We have a few rooms and a small area where we keep the server stuff. Most days are pretty quiet. We arrive in the morning, check the messages, and start on the projects. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to answer it. It’s very informal. We often eat lunch together at the big table in the back. Usually, it’s just home-cooked food we bring in dabbas. We talk about the local news or whatever show we’re watching. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just fix what's broken and build what’s needed. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a calm place to work. We’ve been here for a while and the people around know who we are. It’s a decent way to earn a living without all the corporate stress.
