Injewars Tech (Opc) Private Limited

Injewars Tech (Opc) Private Limited is our small operation based in Nagpur. We are located in Maharshi Dayanand Nagar, specifically at 1231/C/1539, which is quite close to Sindhubhawan. It’s a residential neighborhood for the most part, so it’s fairly quiet during the day. We’ve set up our office here to keep things simple and close to home. It’s not a massive tech park or anything like that. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with enough space for our computers and a small area to sit and talk. We do a lot of our work independently, but we’re always around to help each other out when someone gets stuck on a problem. The Nagpur heat can be pretty tough in the summer, so we have the fans running constantly to keep us cool. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just a local business trying to make a go of it. Most of our days are spent on the computer, but we make sure to take a break and walk around the neighborhood once in a while. It’s a straightforward way of working. No one wears a suit here, and we don't have long, boring meetings. We just look at what needs to be finished and we do it. It’s an honest living and we appreciate being able to do it in a familiar place. Sometimes we have tea with the people from the neighboring houses. It feels like a real part of the local community.
