We set up our office at House Number 4054/11/A in Indraprasth Nagar. It’s right there in the Waghmare Layout area of Nagpur. Most of the time, we are out at different sites, but this is the home base for Infrarc Developers. Nagpur is a big city but it feels small when you work in construction. Everyone knows everyone else in the trade, and news travels fast. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things that would actually last. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of paperwork with the local authorities and even more time spent making sure the foundations are done right. Our layout here in Indraprasth Nagar is pretty easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. We aren't some big firm from a glass skyscraper; we’re just local people who know how to put a building together. Sometimes the heat in Nagpur makes the work really tough, but we keep going. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that hanging on the walls. We just show up, look at the plans, and get to work. Most of our projects are around this side of town. We like it here because it’s where we grew up and where we live. We know the soil and we know what people around here expect when they are looking for a place to stay. It's just honest work at the end of the day, really.
