We've been here at A-16 Shrinath Sai Nagar for a good while now. It's just off the Manewada Ring Road, so getting here isn't too hard if you know the Omkar Nagar area. Mostly, Infosoft Computers just spends the days looking at screens and fixing whatever comes through the door. Sometimes people bring in old laptops that barely turn on, other times it's just someone needing a specific cable or some help with a printer that won't behave. Nagpur gets pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with the work. It’s a small space, nothing fancy. You’ll see a lot of wires and boxes around. We aren't trying to be some big corporate shop with shiny floors. It’s just us here, making sure computers work like they’re supposed to. If a hard drive crashes or windows starts acting up, we usually have a look and see what can be done. It’s been interesting seeing how much the neighborhood has changed around us over the years. The ring road is definitely busier than it used to be. We tend to open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. Sometimes that means late evenings when a repair is tricky. It's just honest work, really. We know most of the regulars who stop by for advice or a quick fix. That’s pretty much how we run things here in Nagpur.
