Information Technology Center

If you are driving down Ring Road in Kotwal Nagar, you might have seen the Utkarsha Complex. Our place, Information Technology Center, is right there at Shop No.8. It’s not a huge office, but it fits everything we need to get the job done. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should for our customers. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the shop is quiet, and other times we have three or four people coming in all at once with different problems that need solving. Being on the Ring Road means there is always noise from the cars and motorcycles outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We started this because we knew a lot about computers and figured people around here could use a hand with theirs. We don’t do big fancy marketing or have a sales team. People usually just find out about us because they live nearby or their friend mentioned we helped them out once. We keep spare parts in the back room and there are usually a lot of cables laying around on the workbenches. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where every tool is. Running a small shop like this keeps us on our toes every day. There’s always something new to learn because technology moves so fast. We just try to keep up and make sure we’re doing right by the people who walk through that door.
