Having the temple nearby is very convenient because everyone in the area knows where it is. If someone is lost, we just tell them to look for the Mandir and they usually find us pretty quickly after that. Nagpur can get quite hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the cooling are working right inside. The building itself is a regular house that has been set up for our work. It’s not one of those tall steel buildings you see in the bigger metros. It feels more like a local place. Inside, it's mostly just desks and chairs with some papers piled up here and there. We don't have a professional cleaning crew that comes in every hour; we just keep things tidy ourselves. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the temple or kids playing around. It’s a lively neighborhood. We like being here because it feels like we are part of the local scene rather than tucked away in some isolated office park. We do our daily tasks, have our tea, and go about our business in a very ordinary way. It’s a practical setup that works for our small team and keeps us grounded.
