We operate out of a flat in the Godavari Apartments in Shri Nagar, Nagpur. It’s number 301, and it’s a quiet enough spot for us to handle the business of INDS Infra Developers. Nagpur is our home, and we have been involved in the infrastructure and development scene here for quite some time. Using a residential apartment as an office works for us because it keeps things simple and low-key. We are not interested in having a big glass office in a high-rise. We mostly deal with the planning and coordination of various construction jobs. A lot of our day is spent on the phone, talking to site supervisors or checking on materials. Shri Nagar is a nice area, and being based here means we are close to many of the places where we work. Infrastructure is a tough business because there are always unexpected delays, like the weather or waiting for supplies to arrive. We just take it as it comes. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who have known each other for years. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and develop land as best as we can. When you visit us at Flat 301, you’ll probably see maps on the walls and a lot of files on the table. It’s a practical setup for people who just want to get the work done without any corporate fluff.
