We operate out of Bhamtee Colony here in Nagpur. Our office is set up at Mr. Pramod Karadbhajne’s place. It is more of a home-office environment than a big corporate center. We find that this setup works well for us because it is quiet and we can really focus on our technology work without the distractions of a busy main road. Bhamtee Colony is a nice residential area, so it feels very grounded and calm. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to our equipment and desks. It is not the kind of place where you will find a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, it is just a few of us sitting around with our laptops. We spend a lot of our time looking at code and working on hardware. It is a simple arrangement. We keep our overheads low by working from here, which lets us put more effort into the actual work we are doing. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing outside, and you can hear the local sounds of the neighborhood coming through the window. It is a very honest way to run things. We have been here for a while and the people around here know who we are. We are not trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. We just want a decent space to get our work done every day. It is a practical, local operation through and through.
