Nagpur is a bit different from the bigger cities like Mumbai, and we like it that way. Iceico Technologies is based over at Plot No. 91 in the Azamshah Layout. It is a decent area, pretty quiet compared to the main market roads. We have been operating out of here for a while. The office isn't anything you would see in a magazine; it is just a functional space where we get things done. We have a few rooms filled with computers and chairs. Our day usually starts with checking emails and seeing what projects need the most attention. We do a lot of tech-related work, mostly helping local businesses with their digital needs. It is not fancy work, but it is what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of the routine here. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We keep things pretty relaxed. No one wears suits here. We just want to make sure the work gets finished on time. The layout around here is nice for a quick walk when your eyes get tired of the screen. We have made this place our own over the years. It is just a local tech shop trying to stay busy and helpful. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign.
