If you are driving down Kamptee Road in Nagpur, you will eventually hit Yerkheda Road. We are right there on the Main Road, not too far from the Dragon Palace. The name on the sign is Hemant Sahu. It’s a busy corner of the 440026 area, and there is always something going on outside. Inside, though, we try to keep things a bit more straightforward. We aren't a big company with a marketing department or a fancy lobby. It is just a practical space where we do our work every day. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood or they work nearby. We’ve got a desk, some chairs, and not much else in the way of decoration. It is a bit plain, but it works for what we need. We don't spend time writing out big goals or corporate values. We just focus on the person standing in front of us at that moment. Nagpur is a fast-growing city, but our little spot feels like it belongs to an older time when people actually knew their neighbors. If someone has a problem, they walk in and we see what we can do to help out. We don't have a big team, so you usually see the same faces every time you visit. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a while now. Just a local business near the palace.
