Havmore Infra and Projects LLP is based over in Marol, specifically in the Nand Dham Udyog Premises Coop Soc Ltd. If you know Andheri East, you know it's a lot of industrial estates and busy streets. We are located in unit A-29 on Agni Shaman Dal Marg. The area is always humming with the sound of trucks and small factories nearby. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits the kind of infrastructure and project work we do. Being in an industrial society means we are surrounded by other businesses doing all sorts of practical things. Our space is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—workstations, some old chairs, and a lot of project files. The building itself has that classic industrial look, nothing too modern, just solid and functional. We spend a lot of time coordinating things from here, making sure materials and people are where they need to be. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads around Marol a bit messy, but that’s just part of life in Mumbai. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually just knock on the door and come in. It’s a down-to-earth environment where we focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us have been working in this area for years, so we know the local chai shops and where to grab a quick lunch when things get hectic.
