Hammer Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Pyramid City 3 in Nagpur. We are in Flat 202, which serves as our main hub for everything we do. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so the office is where we retreat to when the sun is too much at the construction sites. We handle building projects around the city, and being in a residential complex like Pyramid City keeps us grounded. You can hear the sounds of families and kids playing outside, which reminds us why we build these spaces in the first place. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. It’s mostly just us and the engineers figuring out the best way to get a job done without wasting materials. The days are long, especially when we have a big concrete pour scheduled. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the trucks can get through the city traffic. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but seeing a building go up from a hole in the ground is a good feeling. We’ve kept things simple over the years and haven't tried to grow too fast. Staying small lets us keep an eye on everything ourselves. We aren't trying to change the entire world, just trying to put up solid walls for people who need them in this part of Maharashtra without making any grand or unrealistic claims.
