If you walk down City Post Office Road in Itwari, you will find our place. HaldiramS Abhinandan Restaurant has been part of this 440002 area for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of Nagpur, no doubt about it. The post office is right there, so there are always people moving about, carrying parcels or waiting in line. We open up early to get things ready for the day. The tables are simple, nothing too special or decorative. We just try to keep the place clean for whoever walks in. It gets noisy with the traffic and the people talking outside, but that’s just Itwari life for you. Most of us working here live nearby, so it’s a short walk to get to work every morning. We see families coming in on weekends, and during the week it’s more people who work in the local shops nearby. HaldiramS Abhinandan Restaurant is just a spot to sit down and have a meal. We don't do anything too complicated with the decor. The kitchen stays busy, especially during the lunch hours when everyone is hungry. Sometimes we run out of certain items if it's a particularly fast day, but we do our best to keep up. It’s a basic restaurant. We’ve got the regular menu items that everyone in Nagpur knows. Some days are slower than others, which finally gives us a chance to catch our breath. We’ve seen the street change over the years, but the post office is still there.
