Hakimi Construction Private Limited is based in the Raj Commercial Complex in Nagpur. Our office is in unit S-L 3 in the Bhaldarpura area, right near Chitnispark. It is a central spot in the city, so it is easy for our team and the material suppliers to reach us. Nagpur is known for being very hot, so we have a few fans going all day to keep the office decent. We have been in the construction business for a good while. Our office setup is quite simple with just some basic desks and filing cabinets where we keep all our project records. We don't believe in spending much on office decor because we are usually out at the sites anyway. Most of our work involves being on the ground, checking on the workers, and making sure the building materials are being used correctly. It is a lot of standing around in the sun and dealing with the dust. We handle both residential and commercial projects around Nagpur. It is not always an easy job, especially when there are delays with the supply of bricks or cement, but we just take it as it comes. We are just a group of local people who know how to build things.
