H2Dc12 Avenue is located on Borgaon Road in Yogendra Nagar. If you know where the Hanuman Mandir is, we’re right near there on Plot Number 91. Our spot is actually behind the PLT area off Katol Road. It’s a bit of a quiet area, which is nice for getting work done. We handle various development projects and avenue management from this office. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our maps and project files. It gets a little dusty sometimes because of the nearby construction and the road, but we don't mind. We aren't a big firm with a lot of fancy equipment. We just have what we need to get the job done. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. We just do the work and let people see the results for themselves. The sound of the bells from the temple next door is something we’ve all gotten used to over the years. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people living around the plot and they know us. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a practical team doing development work in Nagpur. We usually start our day early and finish when the work is done. It’s a good, steady routine for us. We don't spend time on fancy presentations, just the actual tasks.
