Growbuild Private Limited

Growbuild Private Limited is a small construction company based in Nagpur. Our office is on Plot Number 95 in Saibaba Nagar, right near the Khurpude Lawn. It’s a decent spot and we’ve been here for a bit now. We do all sorts of building work, mostly residential houses and some renovation jobs around the city. We aren't a big corporate entity. It’s just a few of us running the show and making sure things get done right. Nagpur gets incredibly hot, so our work schedule is usually dictated by the sun. We’re up early to get the heavy work done before it becomes unbearable. We spend most of our time on the job sites rather than in the office. We like to see for ourselves that the materials are being used correctly and that the quality is where it should be. It’s dusty, loud, and often quite tiring, but we’ve been doing this for a long time and don't know any other way. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or big slogans. We just talk to our clients like regular people. If there’s a delay with the tiles or the cement, we just say so. We’ve found that being honest works better than making up excuses. Most of our clients are just regular families trying to build a home, and we respect that. If you’re around Saibaba Nagar, you can find us at the office most evenings after we pack up the tools.
