Group Technologies & Exports

We are tucked away on the Mezzanine Floor of Hagwagar Bhawan, in Block-2A. It is just behind the Shivraj Hotel and right across from Central Avenue. Group Technologies & Exports has been in this spot for a while now. Finding us can be a little tricky the first time because of how the building is laid out, but once you are here, it is a straightforward setup. We have a modest office space where we manage our technology and export business. It is not a shiny corporate park. It is an older building with a lot of other businesses around. We share the floor with a few other offices, so there are always people coming and going. Inside our unit, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with various export logistics and technical requirements throughout the day. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the paperwork matches the shipments. We aren't doing anything fancy; we just keep track of the details that keep the business running. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days we can actually hear ourselves think. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby on Central Avenue. It is a practical place for us. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It is a real-world job with real-world problems and we just handle them one by one. (258 words)
