Gandharva Infra Developers Llp

Our office is tucked away in Flat No 102 at Imperial Crest. It is located on Plot No. 26 along the Jhugiamedical College Road. Being part of Gandharva Infra Developers Llp means we spend most of our time looking at land and discussing how to build things properly. We have a pretty small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day I am checking on some permits, and the next day I am out meeting people at a new site. The traffic on the road right outside can get loud sometimes, but we have mostly gotten used to the noise. We keep the office setup very simple. There are some chairs, a few big tables for maps, and there is almost always a pot of tea going in the corner. We aren’t trying to be some massive company. We just want to finish the projects we have started without too much trouble or drama. Development work has a lot of ups and downs, to be honest. You deal with things like weather delays or materials not showing up when they should, but you just have to figure it out. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving between this office and the various plots. It’s a lot of legwork. We like being in this part of town because it is easy for people to find us near the college.
