Our place is in Meshram Layout, over on Hingna Road. It's House No. 1499 in Ward No. 6. We do infrastructure stuff here in Nagpur. Most of the time we are out on a site rather than sitting in the office. It's Rajgruh Nagar, a place most locals know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the projects moving. Flexion Infrastructure Private Limited is basically us working on local roads or buildings or whatever needs fixing or making. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’re busy with the actual labor. Dealing with the 440016 climate is part of the job, especially when it gets really hot in the summer months. The staff here is pretty small, just people from the neighborhood mostly. We use the space we have to store our gear and meet up before heading out. It's a simple setup. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. If you come by, you'll probably just see a few of us drinking tea and looking at site plans. We just take things one day at a time. Nagpur is growing fast, so there's always something to do. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s not a complicated story. We got started because there was work to be done, and we knew how to do it. That’s about it for us. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished without making a big fuss about it.
