Finosoft Software Solutions Private Limited

Finosoft Software Solutions Private Limited is based out of Nehru Nagar East. We’re specifically located at Plot-16 in Block-34. It’s a pretty quiet part of the Motilal Nehru Nagar area. The office is basically a standalone building on the plot, nothing like the huge skyscrapers you find in the bigger cities. It has a much more local feel to it. We have a couple of rooms set up with our computers and some basic furniture. It’s the kind of place where you can actually hear the birds outside instead of just traffic. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and it suits us well because it’s easy to get to and doesn't have all the stress of a downtown location. We spend most of our time sitting at our desks, working through code or talking about how to fix certain problems. There’s no fancy dress code here. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. We have a small porch area where we sometimes stand and talk during breaks. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. It's just a handful of us in Block-34 doing our best every day. The neighborhood is friendly, and we like the pace of things around here. It’s a solid, practical place to work. We just show up and handle whatever the day brings without much fuss or noise.
