We are over at B 1003 in Montvert Biarritz 1. It is right across from the Magnolia Society here in Pune. Most days it is just us at our desks trying to figure out the latest software tasks. The view from the tenth floor is okay, nothing fancy, but it helps when you need a break from the screen for a few minutes. We have been in this part of Pune for a bit now. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially around the main road, but inside it stays quiet enough to focus on the screens. We usually start around nine or so. There are a few of us here just handling the work as it comes in. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. It is more about getting through the list of things to do before the day ends. Pune is a busy place for tech, and we are just one of the many small teams making a go of it. Sometimes we go out for tea near the society gate when the weather is nice. It's a simple setup. We have our computers and some basic furniture. Nothing is too modern or polished. We just make sure the internet stays up and the work gets delivered. It feels like a regular office where people actually do things instead of just talking about doing them. There is no big reception or anything, just our workspace.
